Have no pics and just remembering about it now since haven't used it in 2 weeks but the blade was cutting into my movable tray. Has this ever happened to yours. If so, what was causing this. Obviously there's something out of alignment but anyone know what was the cause.

if you mean cutting to deep and catching tray, then adjust the arm up a bit.


Its when i slide it forward and its catching the very end of it. I know lifting it up some will avoid this but is this the same with every model or is mines have a problem somewhere

sound like you have it set to low, yes they will do this if set to low.
I put a mark on the main body next to the high adjust thread at the lowest position where I can set it and not catch

I too have a mark on the body to indicate not to lower the blade any further........something I thought Dewalt would have had properly marked up
