Go easy with me on this one guys,I've not done any commercial for myself before.
I've just been down to see the job, there's an area 10 sqm,and 4 colums one course of tile 32 metre long, not to sure on pricing might just call it day rate. I'm also thinking about insurance and other things that are required for site commercial work, some advice would be much appreciated.:yikes:

you will need that to get on site, you will need liability insurance, mine is 5 million, dont worry its not that expensive, I reckon the contractor will be looking for a meterage price, do you have to supply the materials?

not really negotiated in full it's really hard to charge a metre with the sort of job, if i was to charge by the metre i would seriously undercut myself.Even the site manger was agreeing with me.
