I've worked with stone quite a bit but never had to bullnose or polish done mitring before.

Would someone mind giving me a bit of an insight into this please? Also when mitring how do you avoid the rough edge (chipped/jagged)

Many thanks

As for the dry diamond profile piece.. Do you have different sizes or if say you got the 12mm, would it do a thinner tile as well?

If you're asking about the mitre bit then yes that will do pretty much any size up to and including 12mm but that's because it's an unusual design. In so much as it's cutting a profile on the back edge of a tile that won't be seen. These are new as you probably read on the thread where I was discussing the design.

However the full bullnose profiles are sized to a specific workpiece thickness.

A half bullnose can be used on pretty much anything from the work piece size upwards. i.e. an R10 half bullnose could be used on 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm etc etc. It will simply cut an R10 radius on your workpiece.
