Budget Price .

Got this in an email today .

I would welcome a "budget" price for tiling above work surface and up to wall units. Approx 58sq.ft.Some cutting for switches etc. You to supply adhesive and
edging etc. I have the tiles.

A 300x300 tile is a square foot. So approximate 9.69Sq feet to a square metre.

Just give them your normal price.

Sometimes emails and texts could be read the wrong way.

They could have meant 'bodge it' price!

Lol. True, but my £250 minimum charge for a splash would still make £40+ psm if I was to include materials.

Splashbacks are a ball ache!
