Brick acid is just dilute hydrochloric acid normally at 15% although you can buy up to 25%. You can buy it cheaper as an unbranded product on Amazon

Try ltp cement grout and salt remover.
If its a highly polymer modified grout then you may need a something to break that polymer down so LTP Solvex will do that
