Lovely work as per the norm.

Are the mitred corners a tad on the sharp side though? (not the workmanship but the overall feel to the corners as in an aesthetic look?....if you know what I mean.)
Thank you Tom, I must admit it's something I've pondered over.
I might 'birds beak' the next one just to compare the two. Thing is, I doubt if it'll be as enjoyable to do. :rolleyes:

Plaster cornice won't be very deep Gary...
It will be a deep one Mark it is a heritage house and they have to fit one that is in keeping with the age of the building its 250 years old , we werent allowed to level the floors and had to cut around the existing mouldings etc
