I think Tile Master do not sell direct, although they did do a special order with Johnnyc I believe. I am sure there is a thread on here somewhere stating that.
Most Tile shops will do a pallet rate, I have used TileTown before and got great rates on Weber and they also do Tilemaster .

I think that would depend on how often orders are , enough and they will want the business.
