Always a risk this kind of thing.......I always go on my gut feeling.......see how organised he is, how professional he comes across, what's his works like...ect
Hopefully all will be OK....and you can add another regular contact to your books.

gut said, nice bloke. said he pays a couple of days after invoice, will see.
customer over the moon, last tiler was ****, hence me redoing the kitchen floor, 18m done and grouted in a day, no mess, no fuss and some Lithofin samples to boot :)
