Electric UFH Warmup Underfloor Not Getting Hot - Tile Advice

I was involved in a UFH repair and had to uncover some cable for sparks to repair.
This was warmup prowire which has very fine cable, even with the kit the experianced sparky failed dissmaly to make a safe connection!
He had to concede to getting warmup in to make repair.

Thanks sorted ended up getting new matt as some of tiles where broke so replaced the the matt was cheap enough and already had thermostat
