Undecided whether to rip this all up and replace with 18mm ply then overboard with 6mm NMP or similar.

Or sure it up with plenty of screws and overboard with 12mm NMP or similar.

The ply that is down at the moment is some 15mm with no deflection that I can detect really. But this house is fairly shoddily built, making me think twice.

Pretty expensive largeish tiles going down at £47m2, dont want to fluff it up.

What do you think?

It's a small floor so deflection is unlikely to be an issue.
Tiling onto ply WILL be an issue though!
Better to over-board the ply with hardibacker, wedi etc and use a good S1 adhesive with solid bed.
