I've just ordered a little saw blade for my angle grinder I'm gonna try and u der cut some skirting and send the tile under it I've seen the yanks do.it on a few videos has anyone tried it ?

I've cut skirting with a jamb saw when fitting wood floors, that's what your trying to copy. The difference is with the proper saw you have a guide that slides along the floor rather than doing it by eye

no good unless you want to cut about 2" off the bottom ;) your grinder guard and back of grinder restrict your depth when running on the floor

I wouldn't advise it personally. Just get a proper jamb saw (Roberts). Don't go through cables though that nice electricians run at the back of architrave like I did the other week!

They can really kick so be careful!
I'd really advise wearing some pretty tough gloves in case it does kick, and always decent safety specs too.
Very useful to have though. Mine is nearly exclusively for use in places my circular saw won't reach.
