Hello all,

What's the typical procedure for tiling up to an uneven ceiling? Is it just tile as far as you can with an even line of tiles and then fill in the rest with grout?

Leveling/re-plastering the ceiling is not an option unfortunately.

IMO No.. it would leave a wide grout line and would look crap.. and could crack as well.. Scribe to ceiling and caulk it..
