Anybody fitted these before, they are incredibly thin, I'm thinking put them on mosaic backing sheets? They need to be cut to a curve to follow a curved basin too.

How thick are they??

Fitted some last year. Didnt use backing sheets but had to make sure wall was 100 % flat. Use a pen scribe and break with your fingers.
Used a 3mm trowl, cleaned joints out as I went. Customer well impressed.

I did a job with similar recently, took a bloody long time and the walls had to be perfect, as above, no tile backing just a thin notch trowel.
