definetly without a doubt replace it immedietly ccant leave a loose tile in a costumers house :thumbsup:

OK, I hear you loud and clear. I'm going back to do his floor next week so I'll replace it then. It's definatley going to sit a bit higher at one end, to the tile next to it I think, but this is unavoidable now. What's the maximum acceptable?

if its going to be sitting out to the tiles nxt to it id take a few out round about it to suite the tile you are replacing dnt want lippage my opinion anyway :thumbsup:

Take a hammer and bolster with you. If it's just a high point on the floor causing it to kick up, try and chip the offending lump away.

why has it loosened is the tray moving was it bucket adhesive put on to thick ? that would worry me more than replacing a tile
