Caribbean isn’t dark enough!
Some of the best colours for grout are
111, 130 and 132 (beige) - 1st choice for me.

103 is a godsend for me TJ, very pale grey or just off white tiles and with 103 the grout joint disappears

PS I hate 132 always think its too pinky

Good Morning, the best way to even out the colour of the grout would be either lightly abrade or use Fuga Fresca products - http://bit.ly/1Xwlnr1 grout restorer.
