Ok thanks, it was sanded mechanically after a week of screed install , heat has been on a month or so ( which will be turned off come install time) it will be getting vacuumed, washed with clean water allowed to dry ,primed a couple of times .. control joints at doorways .Properly prepped cant see an issue. Prefer to see gypsum based addy used though.

WITH WATER!! well i hope you have left it plenty of time to dry out...Ok thanks, it was sanded mechanically after a week of screed install , heat has been on a month or so ( which will be turned off come install time) it will be getting vacuumed, washed with clean water allowed to dry ,primed a couple of times .. control joints at doorways .

ive read on a few posts here , everyone using ditra on liquid screeds do you know of a specific reason why we should be doing that if we are already using control joints? I thought ditra was for lateral movement. Unless the client doesn’t want to have control joints..is the only reason I can think off .. but I’m happy to informed differently
