Bathroom being refurbished. A load of things have been rushed like some loosely rollered (not primed) tanking on still damp plaster, uneven tiles standing proud of others, bad cuts and now the glue from tile faces sticking in the grout lines.

I'm at my wits end.

I refurb furniture and antiques as a job and do most of my own home repairs. The bathroom is the first room I've saved up to completely refurbish and have it done professionally. I finished off a section of grouting last night as they ran out of grout. My section has gone on fine. I've been getting my annoyed looking at how neat I've done it compared with people I'm paying.

Please tell me if I'm being too picky and if not how to I remedy these issues? These are examples of various sites of uneven finish and grout with flakes and plastic in the joint. Any advice would be much appreciated.
