Full at door for me mostly too,like to step on a full one first,looks great too if all else falls nicely,

It'd be nice to finish with a full tile in the door, but not always possible due to un-square rooms, sanitary ware layout etc

preferably a full tile and never less than half,if it's a small bathroom/kitchen i will alway lay dry to make sure its a full tile,feel it looks better on the eye:dizzy2:

I always centre the room both ways and if it works out right I use that. Mostly 3/4 down to 1/2 tile min at doorway. I think rooms look better if you have the same cut on the doorway wall as you do on the opposing wall.
