Hey Alan,
Florim are one of the prestige names for sure, don’t go spending your money without speaking time first mate, I know a person or two. :)
I happen to know that these pieces were around £140m2 to buy, but you don’t need to spend that much.
If you were to budget £100-£120m2 to buy, then you won’t get a shock when you choose something.
Obviously bookmatched and strings can be more expensive.
Here’s a couple of your ideas I’ve done this year.

Thanks Marc, I'll drop you a PM when I have some measurements.

I see this kind of product as an alternative to 20mm thick marble slab, so in that respect the price isn't dissimilar. I'm also not a fan of entirely tiling the room floor to ceiling. I'd prefer a real statement on the floor and in the shower area and the rest plain. That has the benefit of keeping the price down.

You need a big room to make the bookmatch work and I don't think either of our bathrooms are going to be the right size or shape to pull it off.

That said, I really like the Statuario looking design in your first image (what's the size/price of these one pictured? In reality if you were to find a quality 20mm thick real marble Statuario of that kind of appearance you'd be looking anywhere up to £600 m2. So in that respect these porcelain replicas are a no brainer, particularly in a shower. Same goes for the Calacatta looking one a bit further down. I'm not such a fan of the beige/gold colour in that one.

I realise it wasn’t criticism Alan. :)
Choosing the right design for the room can work better.
There’s so many variations available now.

Oh and I'm definitely preferring strings to book match, I keep seeing all sorts of unpleasant images in the match. Some of the shapes look like carcasses hung in a abattoir!

Yeah I’ve had my fill of bookmatch work tbh, fitted somewhere in region of 60 sets plus now.
