Dural Durabase CI++ over plywood - Tile Advice

Hi there,
I live in Brighton, Need some help regarding tile adhesive. I will tile a kitchen floor this weekend over plywood. I have bought Dural Durabase CI++ To avoid any cracks in the future. Any help on adhesive between the plywood and the Dural Durabase CI++?

How thick is the ply wood ?

6mm backer board first or 10 ?

How thick is the ply and is it well screwed down? I would use a cement board 6mm glued and screwed

Just put down 12mm glued and screwed ! Vario on top latex 6mm glue I think thats stuck till next week atleast !

Plywood 18mm is already on the floor, I will use
Norcros S1 Standard Set to set the Dural Durabase and some rapid set for the tiles.
