Advice on how best to remove mastic bead from tile trim? - Tile Advice

Could someone please advise the best way to remove a mastic bead from the top of a chrome coloured tile trim with minimal risk of causing scratches to the trim please?

[On one]

If you start off cutting vertically behind the trim with a knife like one of these.....ht://www.hot-clay.com/stanley-craft-knife.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIveWr0biR4AIVqrftCh3e_AGlEAQYByABEgJb0PD_BwEtps and then try and pull the silicone out in one piece,just so that you don't have to get the knife near the metal trim.

Only problem is,there will still be an almost invisible smearing of silicone left on the tile trim

 

[One Day]

Wonderwipes or Isopropyl alcohol and elbow grease.
It will come off once you carefully remove the bulk mechanically.
Silicone eaters could damage anodised aluminium so be careful if you try that.
