Hi There,

I'm after a specialist tradesman to replace a defective mosiac tiled wetroom floor in an apartment I own in central Manchester.

It is a very small wetroom in a listed building, measuring approximately 1m wide by 3.5m in width. The existing floor membrane has failed enabling water to seep in to the floor structure. The existing floor will need to be stripped out, floor strengthened (if required with extra noggins), a new waterproof system installed and re-tiled etc.

Can you please recommend anyone for this work?

Many thanks,

John
