I have nearly finished cleaning up and sealing 300 reclaimed 6 inch quarries that are 1 inch thick, they will be laid on a concrete slab, the bed i need is about 12 -13 mm thick , to achieve this thickness what is the best way to do it, go with a 20 mm trowel and back butter the tiles. Never done floor tiles before only wall. Also any recommendations for adhesive, i don't want quickset as I won't be very fast at laying them.
