Blunt Tool

I’ve turned my Smaller, older Sigma 2b3 from a pull cutter to a push cutter by simply taking the handle off and turning it. Now push into measure bar as you would with a Rubi, works a treat as I don’t have the strength in wrists and painful nowadays

i used to buy those crappy gauging trowels, that have the handle welded to the blade, after one fell apart a couple of weeks after buying, i bought a smaller style marshalltown brickies trowel cost me £40 :eek: and cut about 4" off the point that was a year ago and i've abused it constantly and it's still as good as the day i bought it, almost

Cut down a BAL grout mixing tub and a 50mm hole in the top. You can ease the guard through it.
30mm hole at an angle on the side for the vac hose.
Plenty of duct tape and it works so well I didn't wear a mask!
Far better than this that I bought:
