Tile to wall gap advice - Tile Advice

Hi guys, after a bit of advice please.

I am doing my first attempt at tiling, main walls pretty much up and considering both adjacent walls, ceiling and bath are all out and bellys in the middle i am fairly pleased so far.

On the internal cornors in a few places unfortunately the gap between tile and wall is 6mm, mostly 2mm to 4mm but there are a few places its 5-6mm maybe 7mm max. At the time i had some failed cuts and put the best ones up as i was wasting alot of tiles and figured the adjacent tile would sit in front of it. Turns out the tile cutter pulls to one side when scoring and was not so much my measuring that i thought it was.

My question is how i should deal with these gaps. Should i silcone it once now down the internal cornors then again once ive completed the adjacent walls? or just complete as normal?

Tiles are 6mm so with adhesive which ill marginally make a deeper bed it will still sit in front of the main walls tiles hopefully. thanks alot

I would probably only silicone the gap first if it was a wet corner, but of course if it was a wet corner it'd be tanked anyway.
You shouldn't have any problems covering the gap with the adjacent tile, as long as you cut it within a couple of mm of the existing one. Then silicone the corner after grouting. (Don't grout the corner)

Nice one thank you. It is a wet cornor and i have preped it with tanking but i think i will play it safe and put some silcone down there if its ok to do so

It was the cutters fault partly, cant blame the girlfriend this time - never used one before granted but lining my mark to the arrow on the cutter which it tells me to do to align too, it would score to the right. I just presumed that it would score to the arrow and never thought to check, my bad there but least cuts are accurate now.
