Can anybody give advice please.
I have employed a comapny to convert a downstairs cloakroom into a walk in shower and toilet because of my disabilties.
The problem I have is that the Linear shower drain works but after about 3 minutes the water starts to flood the toilet area. I have inserted photo's. The main ones to look at are 20201023-125545 (Finished job), 20201023-175034 (without cover on and with water flowing from shower) and 20201023-181744 (which shows the water flooding after 3 minutes into the toilet area)
I am waiting for the builder to come back and sort it. From everything I saw whilst doing the job they were and appeared to be very professional. However the builder is stalling and giving reasons why he can't come out to sort it. Very worried that I may have bought a pig in a poke to be honest. O don't want to upset him as that may be counterproductive.
The thing is I would like to know what you think about the job and what do they need to do to rectify it, so 1 am forwarned if and when he shows up.
I really appreciate your proffessional help here. Thanks
