Hi Everyone, We have come across some Red/Black Quarry tiles in our hall way that have over the years had concrete screed over the top, we have been to try and scrape back but its taken a day to just scrape back a few, has anyone got any tips to aid this process, and once the screed is removed what should we clean with and seal with, in some areas the black tiles seem to have lost their surface and are showing red underneath, can these be re-blackened? Any guidance appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes things are beyond saving...

It looks like a load are missing anyway so you're probably better off taking it all up and starting again.
Hi, sorry it looks like some are missing but it's just where the screed has changed colour, all appear to be there with minimal damage, it's just I'm looking for an easier way to remove the screed
