Most small cutters is all about the blade ,as long as the machine is got a good engine ,the blade is the factor ,had my rubi eight years nd,seven years of continuous use ,amazing ,still going strong ,need a new water tray lol
I got the nd 200. .....great cutter, will cut anything you though at it, got a really powerful motor.
Only down side is the water trays a pain to fill besides that would definitely recommend it.

Try getting a cheap plastic painters tray, top up water when required.
