Our current ceramic tiles are getting chipped and tatty and I want to replace with more hardwearing tiles.

As I have electric UFH under these in the kitchen I had originally intended to tile over the existing, but this would produce a level change between utility (where these tuiles will remain as they are dark). So I am considering lifting all the tiles with UFH beneath them in the entire kitchen. Has anyone done this and managed to continue with the exisiting UFH? The UFH taped to the floor and tiles and adhesive placed on it. I fear I know the answer.

I'd bite the bullet and go for a complete re-furb, the chances of getting all the tiles up without damaging your ufh are next to none:thumbsup:

Yeah in my heart I knew it. But hey, I thought I'd ask the pro's and you've confirmed in style.
