Hello, looking for recommendations for the most suitable system for 45 sqm. Base is part screed part concrete. Tiles are porcelain 600 x 300. Customer wants 3 zones, kitchen, living room, dining room. All three areas can be counted as one area, ie no doorways involved. Zone sizes are, 8 sqm, 17 sqm, 20 sqm.

Thanks, Del.

Id say a 160w/m2 with Insulation board would be perfectly suitable for this project, I'd zone it up as the 3 individual zones as well just so they've got a little more control over each area.
