How far do you walk in a day? - Tile Advice

I recently started looking at the health app on my phone and was quite surprised by how far I travel everyday. This is from today, looks like I've been up and down the stairs a few times!

Always wondered how many times we did stairs in a day.
Don't remember last time I cut a tile in the room I'm working in!

It's no wonder I struggle to put weight on! I must need about 4000 calories a day if that's how far I walk.

Yeah muscle weight, I've got a fat head so I need to weigh at least 14st to look in proportion

I must give one of those apps a try, but my phone battery drains quite fast. Last year I did 7 weeks in Ravenscourt park, a big house with 4 floors. I lost over a stone. I'll download an app tonight and see what tomorrows results are.

They probably do one for dogs these days

I've had the app running for 4 days. I only had it running for the time at work (7.30-17.30).

The last steps count was grouting day!
