Whats the crack???

Won a job yesterday for a monster of a house :drool5:

Downstairs no probs - 110m2 floors onto screeded base with wet UFH pipes built in

Upstairs - the floors are wayrock over wet UFH pipes; i've specified 6mm HBB over the top before floor tiling, but am concerned the HBB will block the rising heat from the pipes beneath the wayrock - anyone got any thoughts on this? :dizzy2:

What sort of screed downstairs? Is it sand cement or anhydrite? As regards the heat upstairs the HBB won't stop the heat it might insulate it a bit so the UFH will have to work harder. If you concerned speak to the client about it and get them to check for any problems with whoever designed the UFH system.
