Hi. Newby here. Looking for advice on UFH over cork tiles.

Just bought this house, previous owners have (6mm) cork tiles over laminate laid directly on concrete. I want to put electric UFH down, can I use it directly over the cork floor? Has anyone ever done E UFH directly on to cork flooring? I've read some blogs that state max 81 deg F for wood flooring above, is this due to the expansion/contraction of wood due to heat/cold/moisture? See any issues with what I propose? Any advice/experience would be appreciated. Cheers.

Yep, as has been said - take it up, lay insulation boards, lay heating then tile with 2 part for me.
