HI, I'd appreciate any advice on the tile layout below.
I"ve planned the left wall from the centre, then the right wall.

On the right wall I've centred to the bath then tried to equal the cut of the tiles in the corner, which is dictated by the top/bottom right of the window (avoiding slithers)

The left wall cuts are smaller as the right wall will be in front if tiled second. I was going to tile the left wall first but if I do the right wall first then the left wall in front, it'll probably balance these cuts more.

Can anyone see anything wrong with my layout or have any feedback? I'd much appreciate!
Cheers
Simon

2mm at the mo.

Also the inside of the window isn't boarded yet so I have some adjustment leeway on no board vs 6mm marmox vs 12.5 plasterboard.

Can you not lose that 74mm cut on the left and then the brick bond will continue down the right hand side of the window? It's currently sitting stacked and although it sometimes happens it just stands right out when it's done. Potential issue would be the left of the window, but if you can wangle that near full tile to be a full tile that would maybe work.

@Tony_C soon as you pointed that out it started to bug me, I totally agree! Thanks, your feedback gave me an idea. The tiles flowing round the corner were not full tiles in order to even the cuts.

On the image below I adjusted the left wall area to the board thicknesses so the 74mm became 69mm.

Then I shifted the window wall over by a similar amount, making the flow around the corner almost a full tile - 15mm less to keep the cuts even each side of the window.

This gives us that bond on the right of the window too. The only thing I need to be careful of is the grout line where the shower screen will be, I'll check the screw positions.

Time's Ran Out

Your concentrating on the set up around the room yet you’ve got a 15-20mm cut all around the ceiling.
Get a stick, mark the tiles with joints on it and staff it out!

Missed that small cut to the ceiling, all wants shifting up half a tile to put a full tile on window cill and head and half a tile on bath.. Its hard to tell without every measurement but looks like left and right centering the window would work?

Hi guys, I used adobe illustrator to draw out actual size.
Yeah the cut at the top is based on a 10mm floor which is to be confirmed so the bath height may shift slightly.
Thanks for the advice on shifting it up so we split the cut between the top of the bath and ceiling.
Tiles are 498x148, 2mm spacers
