Ardex Ardex Silicon St And Eg8 - TilersForums.com

I'm grouting my wetroom floor with Ardex EG8 Grey Grout (not silver) and I'm looking for the closest silicon colour match for it.

I emailed Ardex and they said it was between stormy mist / innocent black .....which looking on their colour chart http://www.ardex.co.uk/Portals/0/productdocs/da3d8fc9-cb6d-4436-835e-67fae427bfd5.pdf is quite a contrast and there is also a cast Iron colour on the colour chart now that is between stormy mist / innocent black.

I wondered if anyone had any real world experience with this as I feel I'm not getting a good reply from Ardex.

Remember printing colour charts do vary due to the printing process.

Thanks for the reply, however just look at the colour of stormy mist......... Then have a look at innocent black, they're not exactly close!

Ardex saying the eg8 grey is somewhere in between is rather open ended.

Any help appreciated.
