10mm polypipe set in mdf boards about 6oox400mm. Absolute nightmare as I had a 2mm margin to the underside of the windows. They opened fully across the whole width, which was a bit of a mare as the floor peaked in three places, all of them higher than the underside of the windows. Looks class but boy it was tricky.
