Floor after I'd made some initial remedial making good orks to the tray with Mapei Keraquick. I also filled the gap under the gully and filled the gap at the bottom of the plasterboard.

I paint a coating of Mapegum to either side of all internal corners and bed in the Mapeband, that I have previously cut to length. I always use either the flat side of my serator or a grouting float to make sure this is firmly adhered to the coating, flat and air bubble free.

How the builder left it.... Not great - screed thrown in, gully out of level and 25mm gap around the bottom of the plasterboard
