Must admit I'm not overly concerned as I did it as per the Grohe instructions. The steel frame is designed to spread the load of the pan with the 2 cross bars
I'm back a year later to do his main bathroom. Exactly same spec, only difference is this room has a bath. Same bloody floor tiles lol!!

Those tiles are recommended for public changing rooms and abattoirs !
Finished the slate wetroom with the ugly floor tiles today. Final fix next week as I'm giving myself the rest of the week off!
