I have a few bags of weber fibre reinforced slc that i keep meaning to use, dated 13.9.17. Been in my dry store, not sure its worth using but need a few bags on bank holiday, would save a trip to topps, anyone any idea how long this gear stays useable.

Is that the manufacturing date or the best before ?

I would say manufacture, only one date on the bag. Cant think its sat that long to useby date.

Usually 6mths from date of manufacture so its 8 mths out of date, your call

most slc and adhesive is 12 months shelf life and almost always date of manufacture printed on bag. id use it on a solid floor but not risk it otherwise

It’s not the cement element that goes out of date, it’s the chromium 6 inhibitor that does.
As long as you wear gloves and a mask and there’s not solidified dust in it, it should be fine.
