Views on this Customs Superwhite Quartzite Tiles - Tile Advice

First post on here but I have taken a lot of advice on here in the past.
I am having a kitchen put in over an Polypipe overlay underfloor heating system for the kitchen.
The kitchen company arranged to get the tiles measured up and arranged for fitting.
I have just went to view the job there were suppose to use a tile levelling system but on the day turned up without one with the tiler turning up on the day without any as they only system they could find would give a 1mm gap as the tiles were 20mm thick.
The tiler said he could keep the level doing it by hand.
1st tiles not level some area 3 tiles level then one 2mm lower than the rest nothing is properly level.
Gaps between tiles vary from 1mm to 5mm.
Corners where some tiles meet not in line.
Tiler has chipped corner of tile by outside door left broken bit in place and grouted.
1 inch segment in middle of floor has no grout in it.
Gap at one side of the door 7mm to 10mm and other side about 3mm.
The tiles alone are just over £4000. So around £400 per square meter.
I would really appreciate people views.
I do have OCD and my wife does not normally agree with how fussy I am but even she does this time.

For that price I would expect a high professional finish.

Have you made a complaint to the kitchen company?

Not perfect by any means , but not disastrous , levelling systems aren't mandatory! Tilers choice really
Why black grout? , Surely light grey would have been perfect
