I don't think the drawings do the jobs justice. I imagine you triple check your measurements on the floor anyway? The drawings are a waste of time I think but each to their own and I imagine some customers like the effortYes the customer picks field and border, but I still do drawing so I can show them how it will look and so I know where to start and finish. Also so I can count how many individual tiles they need
Yes I workout the size of the tiles and how many fit best in the area allowing for the boarder. Any discrepancies are taken up by the tile against the wall

I am looking at getting it done down my drive way and running through my hall and into the kitchen. There are all kinds of door recesses to figure out how to work so seeing this is inspiring.
