tiling on to 18mm WBP - TilersForums.com

Hi everyone
I have to tile onto a 18mm WBP wall. No choice. Its the way the original shower cubicle was designed. There isnt the space to line with an aqua board over the top of the ply.

Please... Can someone tell me what to use as a primer in this instance.

Hi Tom, it's best to check with whatever adhesive you choose to use,wether or not you need to prime... a lot of adhesive manufacturers recommend not to prime plywood! Prime Back and sides only?..

I was thinking of using something like vitraflex rapid..
Do you have any recommendations?

Vitraflex? They must have a technical line?id give them a bell!
