One of the best tiling aids there is...

Very useful to maintain that gap for silicone joint around baths and shower trays and around wall to floor joints.

Does anybody use them ..?

What are tile wedges?
These will save you lots of time and therefore money. Used for wall tiling in situations when you are putting bottom cuts in above any uneven surface like rough concrete etc. Using bits of card board and tile nibblings is OK But takes ages. if nothing is used the tiles keep slipping, especially when they have a thick layer of adhesive on them. The trick is to use a wedge instead but obviously you can only insert it the thickness of a tile. Turning it to the side over comes this problem. (see 'in use' picture) Micro adjust the height up to 5 mm. Use on top of each other to go over 5 mm. Great for marble wall tiling where each piece varies slightly and standard spacers will not work REUSABLE

How can you tile without them?Those red ones are great for installing stone.I'm also used to a slightly stubbier white one for tile and a larger so called super wedge for things like slate.Are these other two available here?

Ones I use are about 5mm thick at the base, simply cut them to enable use on spacing from 1 to 5mm - then onto doubling up if need be. A pair of angled needle nose pliers gets out any stumpy ones my fingers can't extract.

Yes Plastic wedges are great,You can get wooden wedges ,the highest edge is 1cm down to 0cm, and 1,5cm down to 0cm,Karl Dahm,as a well known Beer advertisment said,"Probably the most expensive in Europe":lol:

been laying 50mm mosiacs cut off the matting to match the 1mm spacers on the main fields to be honest all i can see is squares and lines ! :lol:
