About to start tiling was wondering the best method in this situation to tile the corners?

1 Wall is 1200mm wide and the 2 side walls are approximate 800mm wide.
My tiles are approximately 300x600.
This would leave me a cut of approximately 200mm.
As the tiles on the back wall will be uncut would I butt a full tile on the side wall upto the back wall or have the cut tiles in the corners and a full tile on the outside.
I know generally you should have cut tiles on the internal corners but from a look point of view would this still be correct way to tile

Thanks

Thanks for your reply guess there is a number of ways to go about it.
This is the way I went in the end less cutting. There will be a mirror above the vanity unit and the screen rail will hide the cuts where the tiles meet the mirror.
