    Can anyone recommend which grades to start off with SiC discs on a grinder to tidy up a cut edge on porcelain tiles? Just to smooth the glazed edge when seen from the front.

    Kent
    The most commonly used will be between 120 grit and 320 grit.

    320 is a stain finish, above that you're polishing.

    Below 120 you're shaping and grinding.
