should i Prime?? mapei products.

hello

I was told a college to prime everything just to be on the safe side.

Ive just been to tile giant who use mapei products and they have give me there mapei black book which says that you dont have to prime with any of there tubbed ready mixed adhesive onto any substrate. Have i read this wrong??

what is the substrate you are tiling onto?For example if its plaster then i would still prime..imo.

yeah there is plaster.


so what primer would use if i was to use mapei adhesive products.

If you wanna prime...use primer G....
