pricing up a job, customer stated that it's a concrete floor & very flat.
I took the kickers off in the kitchen & im more than certain it's a gypsum screed or top coat.
What do you guys think?
It had been tiled previously 10 years they were down without issue but customer says that they came up with a fair bit of effort & there was very little adhesive left on substrate.

17yrs it's been built.
House builder went out the game years ago & can't get any info on the floor.

I remember talking to Alan (Ajax) & I'm certain they were brought into the uk about 25yrs ago.
It certainly looked like a gypsum from what I could see of it but just wanted to double check.

core bit a piece out if there's sand in it its sand and cement if its gypsum based it will have a smooth look and be whiter in colour
