Hi All

I have just removed the ceramic tiles from my kitchen floor and they have applied the tile adhesive directly to the original floor boards. can anyone advise the best way to remove the old tile adhesive from the floor boards please.

If it’s the old “2 part” adhesive (Bal fastflex) then it will be a highly flexible, total pain in the ar5e to get up. You would be better taking up floorboards, and replacing with 22mm ply, then overboarding with Hardibacker
