plasterboard fixing with barbs

Hi , I was wondering about a washer like a wedi washer but with barbs to join plasterboard joints

NEED A TILING JOB OR SUMMAT TO KEEP MY BUSY HAHA

Studs will Hold them together and scrim tape .
