I know mate I did mitre the trims to start with but wasn’t going well it’s my mates house he wanted to do all the prep work the walls were really twisted couldn’t get the mitres to line up nicely first time I’ve done a niche without mitres I wasn’t too happy about itLooks well @Joshjupp
Niche looks good, however, if you could get in habit of mitring the trim corners, it’d really lift it again.
Nice isn’t it hopefully will be doing a big feature wall at this house aswell the feature tile were a pain to cut I done them with a grinder they were extremely hard
I done some the same a few years ago and had to grout them nearly had a breakdown felt like giving up tiling took me a day to do 10sqm hahaThere made to butt up together ,but not square enough ,had to grout ,nightmare
Thats why feature walls hard,
